Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Jerry is an AI-powered concierge assistant used by Indulge concierge staff to help them understand client context, manage work, and provide personalized concierge service.

This Privacy Policy explains how Jerry handles information used by the Jerry Chrome extension, Jerry Desktop application, and the connected services that support those products.

2. Information Jerry Uses

Depending on the features and integrations enabled for an account, Jerry may process:

  • Client names and identifiers used to associate a conversation with the correct client.
  • Conversation and message information available through supported WhatsApp integrations or imported conversation history.
  • Concierge task, reminder, and work information.
  • Client preferences, interests, past experiences, and other concierge-relevant context derived from authorized information sources.
  • Extension settings and connection state.
  • Information required to authenticate Jerry and communicate with connected services.

3. How Jerry Uses Information

Jerry uses information to:

  • Identify the relevant client and conversation context.
  • Help concierge staff understand client history and preferences.
  • Provide personalized recommendations and concierge assistance.
  • Display task, reminder, and overdue-work information.
  • Support the Jerry Desktop application and its connected workflows.
Jerry is designed for professional concierge use. Information is used to support concierge operations and personalized service, not for advertising.

4. WhatsApp and Browser Data

The Jerry Chrome extension can access supported WhatsApp Web conversation context so that Jerry can identify the active client conversation and provide that context to the Jerry Desktop application.

Where authorized, conversation messages may also be stored and analyzed as part of Jerry's client-history and client-intelligence features.

The extension uses native messaging to communicate approved application data with Jerry Desktop. It does not need to expose browser authentication credentials or session cookies to the Jerry renderer.

Jerry does not claim access to every WhatsApp conversation on an account unless the connected source actually provides that history. Historical coverage depends on the authorized source and available imports.

5. Connected Services

Jerry may connect to business systems used by Indulge, depending on the features enabled for an account. These can include:

  • Serene: operational and client-related information made available to Jerry through the authorized read path.
  • Freshdesk: support/ticket information used for concierge workflows where enabled.
  • Zoho: customer and account information used for supported concierge workflows where enabled.
  • Anthropic: optional AI processing when the relevant Jerry server-side AI feature is enabled.

Jerry uses only the information required for the enabled feature and follows the access boundaries configured for the connected service.

6. AI Processing

Jerry supports AI-assisted analysis. Where a cloud AI feature is enabled, relevant information may be processed by the configured AI provider to generate answers, summaries, or concierge recommendations.

Jerry's architecture also supports deterministic or non-cloud processing for supported features. Cloud AI processing is not required for every Jerry capability.

Jerry is designed to provide relevant context rather than sending an entire client history for every question. The information used depends on the question and enabled feature.

7. Storage

The Chrome extension may use browser storage for extension settings, connection state, and other application state required for normal operation.

Conversation history and client-related information may be stored in the authorized Jerry/Indulge data systems that support the relevant feature.

8. Security

Jerry is designed with separate browser, desktop, and server-side security boundaries. Sensitive backend credentials are kept outside the extension's normal user interface and are not intended to be exposed to the renderer.

Native messaging is used to provide a controlled connection between the Chrome extension and Jerry Desktop. Access to connected business data is subject to the authentication and authorization controls of the relevant Jerry and Indulge systems.

9. Data Retention

Retention depends on the Jerry feature, the connected service, and the underlying business records involved. Conversation history and client intelligence may be retained so concierge staff can use relevant historical context over time.

Where a connected system has its own retention or deletion rules, those rules may also apply.

10. Your Choices

Depending on your role and permissions, you may be able to disable the Jerry extension, disconnect Jerry Desktop from a connected service, change supported settings, or remove imported information through the available product controls.

Concierge staff should use the controls and procedures provided by Indulge for managing client information.

11. Data Deletion

Deletion of stored client or conversation information depends on where the information is stored and which system is the source of record. Requests involving business records should be handled through the applicable Indulge process or the connected system's administrator.

12. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy when Jerry's features, integrations, or data practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised when the policy is changed.
